Theater & Art Opportunities

Club children are often provided opportunities to participate in, and witness, theatrical productions and art projects. Partnerships have included Playworks, Triangle Storytellers, Live Globally, and local volunteers.

Cultural Awareness Programs

Cultural Awareness programs are provided throughout the year to expose youth to different cultures. Through these programs, youth gain understanding and appreciation for activities, cuisine, and beliefs while simultaneously developing respect for persons from different backgrounds, cultures, and countries.

Field Trips

Members receive cultural stimulation via educational field trips to The North Carolina Museum of Art, Nasher Museum, and Museum of Life and Science. Members develop an appreciation for the abstract beauty of art, the miracle of life, and the fascinating world of science as they become more well-rounded and cognizant of the world in which they live.
